Have you ever wondered what our world would be like if school didn't exist ? School was invented in 1635 . School teaches us social skills we will need in our future lives and careers. Public education teaches us how to collaborate effectively with others .
Horace Mann who was born in Franklin Massachusetts in 1796. He was a college professor of the subject Latin and Greek, he was also a college president.Many school methods and teaching methods .Also, the educational historians call him The Father of the Common School Movement . What did he do - He found out that having school is a great idea because kids can pass on their knowledge and skills and teach their kids how to live in the environment. And the first school that ever excited was the Boston latin school it was built in 1635.
School is an educational institution designed to provide learning spaces and learning environments for the teaching of students and school was invented to make kids a better person and have a better future .The school system was created to train people for factory work in the beginning but now people can have many sorts of careers.
School provides an environment where people learn basic skills.They start to also get the chance to practice their drawing,building,problem solving and cognitive skills.
We study different subjects that cover history, biology, arts, literature, math, physics, physical education, geography and many more. This should help us become aware of the hard work and efforts of our ancestors.
In conclusion, schools are a good thing. This is because it helps us to become a better citizen of the world. School is actually the best years of our life. I know, because I was homeschooled for a while. Now I have made new friends and got to know the world better.
